eGIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You agree to be bound to these turns and conditions by purchasing and using a Bardot / Bardot Junior eGift Card, or by redeeming the value loaded on a Bardot/ Bardot Junior eGift Card

If you are sending a Bardot / Bardot Junior eGift Card to another person, you should ensure that he or she is aware of the terms and conditions that apply to the Bardot / Bardot Junior eGift Card and the relevant Expiry Date.

PURCHASE & REDEMPTION

eGift Cards can be purchased and redeemed on Bardot / Bardot Junior websites and are valid for 3 years from the purchase date. After the eGift card has expired, it is no longer valid, and all transactions will be declined. Unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of Bardot.

Amounts shown on Bardot / Bardot Junior eGift Cards are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD)

Bardot / Bardot Junior eGift Cards cannot be purchased or redeemed in any partnered wholesaler, such as Myer, David Jones, ICONIC, Independent Boutiques, ASOS.

eGift Cards cannot be purchased with a discount, including the following:

• Membership discounts including Member 10%
• Store wide promotions such as ‘20% off full price items’
• Gift Cards cannot be purchased with another gift card, credit note or promotional voucher.

eGift Cards are not reloadable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

To redeem your eGift card on Bardot / Bardot Junior websites, enter your Gift Card number and PIN and APPLY during checkout.

The balance of any transaction will remain on the eGift Card. No cash change can be given.

You are also able to Check your Balance on an eGift Card to see what amount is on the card via the checkout once you enter you Gift Card number and PIN and CHECK BALANCE during checkout or alternatively on the Gift card page where you can purchase eGift Cards.

LOST OR STOLEN eGIFT CARDS

Once purchased, eGift Cards are the responsibility of the customer, Barol Pty Ltd is not responsible for lost or stolen eGift cards. We are unable to replace your eGift card if it is lost or stolen.

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A eGIFT CARD

Goods that are purchased solely, or in part with an eGift Card may be exchanged or returned subject to Bardot and Bardot Junior exchange and returns policy.

RETURN VOUCHERS

Return vouchers will be issued when a sale product/item cannot be exchanged due to no stock availability are valid for 6 months from issue date and can be redeemed on Bardot / Bardot Junior websites.

Credit notes can be used in full or as part payment and any remaining balance will stay until the expiry date given at issue. Bardot is unable to extend credit notes beyond the expiry date.

Bardot cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen credit notes. Please keep your PIN somewhere safe as lost or stolen credit notes cannot be re-issued.

Credit notes cannot be exchanged for cash.
