Area Manager

At Bardot, our Area Managers main responsibilities include:

  • Maximising sales within a portfolio of 8-12 Bardot/Bardot Junior stores. This is achieved through developing and implementing tactical plans, providing the leadership necessary to deliver outstanding customer service, excellence in people management and visual merchandise management, and the effective control of inventory, spaces and costs as they apply to our different trading formats.
  • Developing and implementing tactical and key financial plans for all stores.
  • Provide leadership to deliver efficient operation of stores to achieve optimal results in budgets for sales, gross profit, contribution, stock levels, shrinkage, wages and staff retention.
  • Coaching and mentoring Store Managers to maintain high staff morale and encourage the development of their own teams, ensuring development plans are in place with Stylists and Managers.

Store Manager

At Bardot, our Store Managers main responsibilities include:

  • Managing, supporting and developing a great team that will drive sales and profit and ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Providing inspirational leadership, training and development and performance coaching of your team.
  • Applying your commercial acumen and a sound financial understanding of your store, and maintaining controllable costs.
  • Managing and maintaining the visual merchandising standards within the store.
  • Driving a Customer First culture and adhering to all Core Values, policies and procedures.

Assistant Store Manager

At Bardot, our Assistant Store Managers main responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Manager, in supporting and developing a great team that will drive sales and profit and ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Providing leadership, training and development and performance coaching of your team.
  • Applying your commercial acumen and a sound financial understanding of your store, maintaining controllable costs.
  • Managing and maintaining the visual merchandising standards within the store.

Stock Controller

At Bardot, our Stock Controllers main responsibilities include:

  • Support the store management team in driving and achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) by completing daily store replenishment.
  • Completing the daily mini stocktakes and denim stocktakes, and partaking in bi-annual store stocktakes.
  • Monitoring stock performance and communicate best and worst sellers to the store management team.
  • Ensuring visual merchandising standards and stock security standards are adhered to.
  • Improve customer’s in store experience with key merchandise and best sellers in key locations.
  • Driving a Customer First culture and adhering to all Core Values, policies and procedures.
